Cancellation & Refund

At Khole Ke Hanuman Ji Ropeway, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless experience. Our refund policy is structured to offer flexibility, while also maintaining operational efficiency.

1. General Refund Terms
  • Refunds are applicable only for tickets purchased directly from the Khole Ke Hanuman Ji Ropeway ticketing counters or official online portals.
  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled ropeway trip for a full refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided for tickets that are used partially or completely.
2. Refund Eligibility
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked time.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Refund Process
  • Refunds for online ticket purchases will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • For in-person ticket purchases, refund claims must be made at the Khole Ke Hanuman Ji Ropeway customer service counter with the original ticket.
4. Cancellation by the Ropeway Operator

In cases where the ropeway is unable to operate due to weather conditions, technical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances, the following will apply:

  • Children under 3 years can ride for free.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 years will be charged. Please refer to the Ticket Rates for further details.
5.Ticket Issuance:
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance, either online or at the designated ticket counter.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the event of maintenance or operational issues.
6.Identification:
  • Passengers may be required to show valid identification at the time of boarding.
  • The name on the ticket must match the identification presented.
7.Safety Regulations:
  • All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the ropeway staff.
  • Passengers are required to remain seated during the ride and should not attempt to open doors or tamper with safety equipment.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions, the management reserves the right to halt operations for safety reasons.
8.Luggage and Personal Belongings:
  • Passengers are advised to travel light. Large luggage items may not be allowed on the ropeway.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
9.Health & Fitness:
  • Passengers with medical conditions such as heart issues, vertigo, or other health concerns should consult a doctor before using the ropeway.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with mobility issues are advised to consider the safety implications before using the service.
10.Behavior and Conduct:
  • Any unruly or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
  • Passengers are required to respect the property and staff.
11.Liability:
  • The management is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the use of the ropeway, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12.Environmental Responsibility:
  • Passengers are requested to avoid littering and to dispose of waste in designated bins to maintain the cleanliness of the ropeway and surrounding areas.
